Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SmashSERP (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

SmashSERP is an AI SEO and GEO platform for keyword research, content generation, publishing, and performance tracking. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.

Subscription and billing

  • SmashSERP is offered on a subscription at the price shown on the pricing page, billed monthly through PayPal.
  • There is no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices may change. We will give notice of any change before it applies to your renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to abuse the platform or its providers, to attempt to breach security, or to resell the Service without permission. You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish complies with applicable laws and the rules of the sites you publish to.

Content and ownership

  • Your content is yours. You own the articles, reports, and other outputs you generate, and you are free to edit, publish, and export them.
  • You grant us the limited license needed to process your inputs and deliver the Service, for example sending a topic to the AI model to generate a draft.
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing. Everything publishes as a draft first for exactly this reason.
  • The SmashSERP software, brand, and site remain our property.

No performance guarantees

SEO and AI visibility depend on search engines and answer engines we do not control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, or AI citation. We provide tools and content built to the standards those systems reward, and we help you measure results, but outcomes vary.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as WordPress, Google Search Console, and PayPal. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmashSERP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for the platform or other users. On termination you keep the content you have already generated and exported.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
