Why we built it
SmashSERP was built by SEO and content practitioners, not a committee. Running real campaigns, we kept hitting the same wall: a keyword tool in one tab, an AI writer in another, a publishing plugin in a third, and a rank tracker we checked weeks later. Data was copied by hand, context was lost between apps, and none of it addressed the biggest shift in years, that Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity now answer questions directly and cite a handful of sources instead of returning ten links.
So we built one system that does the whole loop and treats being cited by AI as a first-class goal. You research a topic against the live SERP, generate an answer-first article engineered for citations, publish it to your site as a draft, and watch what it earns in Google and in AI answers. No stitching, no spreadsheets, no guessing whether the AI era passed you by.

Where we are today
SmashSERP is early and independent, and we like it that way. It means we answer to the people who use the product, not to investors chasing a roadmap.
